I have been so busy that I haven’t had time to post much lately. I will try to keep up with Photoshop Friday as I can. My life is kind of busy right now. I’ll post updates as I can and hopefully will have some new photos soon. Hope everyone has a great Valentine’s Day (which is coming up soon)!  : )

This photo is from behind my brother’s drums as he was playing. It was from one of his band’s shows a few years ago. This was fun and I enjoy taking photos of bands (especially my brother’s)! :)

So, I have been meaning to start this for the past two months but I figured today would be better. Photoshop Friday is going to be a good way to post photos that I took years ago and re-freshen them in photoshop. I’m going to do my best to post every single Friday. This photo is of a model in Myrtle Beach taken in the summer of 2008! Ugh, I remember how hot it was that day but it was fun!

So, I have been so busy with editing and doing photo shoots lately that I’ve neglected posting a new blog post. My friends at Diva Dogs Day Spa in Conway, SC invited me to do two weekends of doggie holiday photos. We set the place up really nice and had a lot of fun doing over twenty photo shoots for all kinds of dogs. In those few days, I learned so much about different breeds and the interaction was awesome. I never knew I would have so much fun taking photographs of pets. And in the process, I added two very special people to my family. Vinnie and Jen (at Diva Dogs) are amazing and I’m so glad to have a special bond/connection with such an awesome couple. As for the photos (since I got off track for a second), I will post a new gallery soon displaying some of the photos from all of the shoots.

Between the two weekends, I also did family portraits of a great family that is special to me too. Betsy is a great friend and her family rocks. I haven’t had time to add their portraits to the site yet but I will soon.

I will also be taking some updated photos of April (scroll down to see the previous maternity photos) since she is approaching week 28. I’m so excited for her! She is beautiful and I bet Kurt (her husband) would do anything to be with her right now but he is fighting for our country so keep him in your prayers. And she was right, she is having a boy.
